The kids love coming to ELCC, even though my 4yo has trouble transitioning in and out of the room for pick up and drop off, her educators are actively working with her and have goals to help her feel more comfortable and build relationships with those around her. The educators truly care for the children and do a fantastic job in communicating and sharing what they did with regular photos and goal updates on Storypark. Our daughter has additional needs and all the staff and other families have always been so inclusive and supportive of us. Both my girls love the staff and the little community they have within the centre. Choosing a daycare is such a stressful process and then actually leaving them there can be quite devastating. Seeing the photo updates and stories through the day and being able to track, meals, toileting and naps makes you feel like they aren't so far away. We have been so lucky that ELCC have had such a positive impact on our daughter and I feel like we leave her with people that love her just as much as we do.

Management seems friendly on the surface, but the responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired. My toddler enjoys his kindy family, but there are definitely some things that could be done to make this place truly great.
